I have had a fantastic Thanksgiving and hope that everyone else has had a great day as well. The other teachers and I prepared a thanksgiving feast complete with chicken (sorry, no turkey), salad, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, soda, and a dessert I cooked up myself (with the help of my host mom). The dessert got burned in the oven because my host mom was convinced it wasn't done. Oh well, it still turned out delicious and it was nice of her to help me.
So, I've had a great day, and I wanted to list the A-Z's of what I'm thankful for (maybe YOU'll even be on this list....)
Amigos- they're simply amazing! I really have the best friends that I could ever ask for. I hardly deserve all of them.
